Jim Dobbe, a 24-year Veteran, has had an aptitude for lighting most of his life.  Growing up with his father in the lighting business, they often worked side-by-side.  Jim has played many important roles in the life of Northtown Lighting.  With his woodworking skills, Jim built the showroom display boards, the warehouse stock shelves, and many of the great accessories you will find in our showroom.  Over the years, Jim also built strong customer and community relationships.  Jim is very knowledgeable in many technical aspects and knows his products well.  You will always find Jim going the extra mile for someone, whether it be assisting customers on new lights for their home, repairing treasured lamps, working with contractors on projects, or telling a great hunting story.

Erin Lenius has worked side-by-side with her father, Jim, for 12-years.  With knowledge passed through three generations, Erin works closely with builders and contractors on residential and commercial applications.  She assists customers in their home or on the job site for new construction and remodeling layouts.  As a buyer for Northtown, Erin fills the showroom with the latest styles.  You may find Erin at Northtown assisting customers and continuing superior customer service.

Holly Gambsky joined our team in 2004.  Holly brings her dedication to Northtown, in "getting the job done".  Holly works closely with a host of area builders and contractors in new construction and remodeling.  Also as a buyer for Northtown, Holly's product knowledge is vast and brings innovative ideas to the structure of the showroom.  She also has knowledge in a great deal of technical aspects and has strong relationships with her customers and staff.  We're glad to have Holly as part of our "family".

Katie McNeil  joined our team in 2010.  She brings with her a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University and is well experienced in customer service. You may find her at Northtown creating beautiful displays and helping customers with a variety of lighting needs.  We're glad to have you aboard Katie!

Alexandria Hakenjos  joined our team in 2010.  She brings her positive attitude and determination to the Northtown team! Alex attended the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley and is seasoned in customer service.  While attending UW-Fox Valley, she traveled overseas and has an appreciation for both traditional and contemporary style homes.  Come in today and let Alexandria help you with your design needs!
